Marriage is healthy

Specialists from New Zealand have established that marriage affects a person in a healthy way. It decreases the risk of depression and anxiety.

The research showed that psychological problems of which we are protected when married can occur after termination.

The authors of the following research by the Otago University of New Zealand have analyzed data from a major research on the physical health, covering 34 493 people of 15 countries.

The analysis showed that the termination of marriage when the brake up comes or death occurs is related to increased risk of psychological problems as men are more likely to become depressed and women overuse alcohol and medicaments.

Specialists have tested what happens with the psychological health during marriage in comparison with the single life and the termination of the matrimony.

Researches have established that marriage in comparison with single life is useful for the mental health of both genders, not only women as considered until now. The results of the research indicate that during the first marriage men suffer less than women from depression and anxiety which is due to the traditional distribution of roles in the family. When married women are better education they are more unlikely to suffer from depression.

The research showed that married life decreases the risk of overusing alcohol and drugs mostly among women, most of which limit the consumption of these substances during pregnancy and while children are little.

With the termination of marriage people from both genders become much more vulnerable to various psychological problems of which married ones are protected.

Man’s clothing for a wedding

When it comes to a special occasion it requires appropriate clothing. Usually this is not one of men’s favorite themes. What they all should know when they are invited to a wedding?
Of course the costume is mandatory. If the wedding is during the day and the season is summer the costume may be linen and vary in colors. Appropriate are the bright colors: white, beige, blue, gray. Weddings on the beach release the gentlemen for the obligation to wear a tie. 
If the happy occasion is planned for a warm evening out it is more appropriately to look for a suite in a darker color. Black and marine blue are the best choices. Weddings during other times of the year usually happen indoors and require more strict appearance. In case the celebration is very elegant or the clothing is for the best men, the smoking is the best choice.
When it comes to accessories for such event bow ties are more appropriate than ties. If you need a belt for the pants it shall be as plain as possible and preferably black. The cuff links must be silver for the daytime wedding and golden for the evening wedding. Every man should know that at a wedding sneakers, jeans and unbuttoned shirts are forbidden. This does not mean that comfort is forbidden. After all, these types of celebrations offer a lot of dancing and for that purpose clothing should be as comfortable as possible.

5. He is very nervous.

In the big day he will be very nervous. Even if he is sure you will say “yes” he will be nervous whether everything will go according to plan. If he is terrified from the weather prognosis for the weekend or insists you to order chocolate cake for desert this means you will receive a shiny engagement ring.

Les 10 plages interdites de baignade en 2013 en Tunisie

La Direction générale de l'hygiène du milieu et de la protection de l'environnement (DGHMPE) a publié comme chaque année la liste des plages interdites à la baignade pour la saison estivale 2013.

Cette année plusieurs plages de la banlieue sud sont à éviter, décision qui a soulevé le mécontentement des habitants de la région précisant qu'il fallait mieux interdire le déversement d'eaux usées dans la mer que priver les habitants de une de leurs attraction favorite.

Les 10 plages polluées à éviter cette année, réparties sur cinq gouvernorats (Ariana, Ben Arous, Bizerte, Sousse et Monastir) sont:

-  Raoued (sur 500 mètres à partir du canal vers le nord à Oued Hessyane)

-  Ben Arous (au versant des oueds Mghirat et Boukhamsa)

-  Ezzahra

-  Hammam-Lif (rue Aziza Othmana)

-  Zarzouna (Ain Kobtra)

-  Menzel Jemil (Maali)

-  Menzel Abderrahman (port de pêche)

-  Souassi (Sousse)

- Oued Hallouf (Sousse)

- le littoral à proximité de l'ancien abattoir et en face de la société Sotubois à Monastir.
